今回発表させて頂いた日本レーザー医学会では、抄録提出後に新たに積み重ねた症例と再検討を踏まえ、従来のPDTだけでは捉えきれない所見について、 Photochemical Hard-tissue Reorganization（光化学的硬組織再構築） という新しい視点を添えて報告いたしました。学会で頂けるご質問やご意見は非常にありがたく、私自身、思考がさらに深まり、視野が広がる貴重な機会となっています。

これまで臨床所見として点在していた、処置後数日で生じる急速な再石灰化の変化が、2023年に一般医療機器となったトランセントイメージにより明瞭に可視化され、点と点が線となって結びついてきます。

そして可視化が進み、理解が深まるほど、次々と知りたい問いが生まれてきます。

At the Japan Society for Laser Medicine, I presented additional cases and further considerations gathered after submitting the abstract.

These findings included observations that could not be fully explained by PDT alone,
and I introduced a complementary perspective:
Photochemical Hard-tissue Reorganization (PHR).
The questions and comments I receive at conferences are truly invaluable,
as they deepen my thinking and broaden my view.

Among the clinical findings, a rapid remineralization process observed within a few days after treatment had long appeared as isolated impressions.
With the Transcend Image - approved as a general medical device in 2023- these previously scattered observations became clearly visualized
and began to connect as a coherent pattern.

And as visualization improves and understanding grows,new questions naturally arise - one after another.
